I was visiting Vancouver from out of town when my dog injured herself, and I was so grateful to be able to get a last-minute Saturday appointment, which was easy to book online. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, kind, and helpful. The veterinarian assessed my dog and took the time to talk through the best next steps. I really appreciated the thoughtful, honest approach to my dog's care and never felt like we were being pushed into anything unnecessary. Another great experience at Three Creeks! I love their scheduling system for urgent appointments/emergencies. it's still same day like other emergency vets but not having to wait for 3 hours is priceless! On top of that convenience - the staff there is really down to earth and kind! The provider we saw was so great at explaining my dogs issues and seemed to really care -- I genuinely recommend this wonderful facility you can trust with your fur baby! 🫶🏻
