Unfortunately for me my car broke down not far from here and I was referred here by the tow truck driver as it was closer than my usual mechanic. I called ahead and explained my situation, and need for speedy repair as I Door Dash and was treated very rudely by the man who answered the phone. I then explained if they were very busy I could try calling my usual mechanic and was hung up on. I understand if somewhere is busy, especially near the holidays, but I'd expect some small town, friendly customer service from somewhere ... read more
