Took my vw jetta in for a noise I had been hearing. Victor and Leo accessed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Great customer service and the facility was very clean. Completely satisfied with their service

This shop deserves more than 5 stars. They told me exactly what was for needed for my car with no unnecessary labor attachments.
If I could give them ten stars I would. We were driving from Canada to Florida with a few planned stops along the way. At Wilkes Barre our transmission started to slip in first gear on our class B camper van which we live in for the summer and fall. We had to be in Annapolis next day so drove in second gear to get there. I called a few transmission shops in the area. No luck. Until I called The Three Brothers. I had a problem with the Gear Shift Lever on my 2013 GMC Yukon Denali. I had my vehicle towed to Three Brothers Transmission. I spoke with the Victor and Leo and they were both very professional and courteous. They diagnosed the problem being a broken Transmission Cable, they fixed the problem and gave my car back to me in a timely manner. The Customer Service from Start to Finish was excellent.
