The only reason Three Brothers is receiving 2 stars is because of the installation team. They were polite, professional, and did solid work with what they had. The French doors they installed look good, and their craftsmanship deserves recognition. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We initially met with a Moriarty brother salesman in December and signed a contract to replace our sliding door with French doors. Three Brothers fulfilled all their obligations at a very high level. New impact sliders performing effortlessly. Already I've seen a major temperature difference between the old sliders and the new impact ones.

I regret choosing 3 Brothers for our window and glass door installation. We were initially given a timeline that seemed reasonable, but after that, communication dropped off completely. Absolutely terrible experience with 3 Brothers. We were given one timeline for our window installation, then they completely disappeared. When we finally got in touch, we were given a completely different timeline like the first one never existed. When we pointed this out, they didn’t care at all that their employee had given us incorrect information.
