I am so grateful for this place, my GP is amazing, the nurses are amazing as well as the mental health/substance use team. I appreciate all the staff I’ve worked with. And having my mental health team in the same building as my GP makes it so much easier to plan appts. Thank you for all your support :)

Excellent providers here. The harm reduction/medical supply distribution kiosk out front is very accessible and the attendant was very friendly.

Went here last October (2022) and was told because I am not homeless I didn't fit the requirements for a GP at the time. After calling back a few days later they said they would see and call me if I could get in. They would never pick up the phone for me and the few times I got through I was just told to wait for a doctor to call me back. Today they told me I was apparently approved as a patient last November but no one ever bothered telling me (even when I called them back then) until now. I’ve had a skin ulcer that won’t go away. Dermatologists gave me expensive creams, antibiotics etc. Eventually I was referred to Three Bridges. Polly called quite soon, I answered a lot of questions - then this morning Tasha came to our apartment. She was absolutely superb, lovely manner and attitude, spent a lot of time most professionally explaining the problem and treating it on the spot. We had no idea this help was available. Already the ulcer feels better - overall we are very impressed.
