Called for a leaking roof vent. Jesus came out and said the roof vent had a crack in it and he could replace it for $750!!! I about passed out on his quote! I told him, "no thank you, I'll do it on my own!" It took me 30 minutes and less than $50 to repair it myself. Jesus and his crew did a great job on my rental house. They replaced the roof along with new plywood. The tenant said the team was very respectful and through.
