Was very nice in person. bought a lexus with 168k miles, after 2 days the timing chain broke leading to engine damage. Called trying to get a resolution, nothing. wont help with the situation at all i would at least expect him to help me trade it into a different vehicle or anything. Didnt even get to drive the car 150 miles before it broke. Dont buy a car from here unless your only expecting to make it home!!
Recently bought a 2011 Kia Forte, after taking the car home a week later the check engine light came on with a timing chain issue/cam phaser issue. Was immediately met with another $2000 repair, this mechanical issue was never made apparent to us and I suspect it was covered up so the car looked good for the sale. I called Three Beez and they assured me that they would contact their garage and get it fixed for us, they proceeded to never call me back on that. Bought a car less than a year ago right after I bought vehicle water pump went bad had to save money up so I could fix it as it wasn’t a cheap repair. Finally was able to get it fixed and drove it for a couple months and engine is shot. They masked up the misfire and installed new plugs and coils to hide the misfire and should’ve seen the antifreeze that was corroded on the plugs from a bad head gasket. Service was great up to the recent purchase of our Volkswagen Passat, then soon after purchasing things went south! After purchasing it, the next day I took it to get a tire balance and rotation and the tire shop then inspected and pointed out something that I completely had missed when looking at the vehicle, one of the rear tires, on the inside of the tire was completely bare and starting to fall apart.
