Ted was very good to deal with and did a great job. He came on short notice and took care of 5 different problems plus travel time in 2 hours. The price was fair. He is honest and helpful. I do not believe the person that gave him a bad review. He was recommended to me by a coworker who raved about him.

Ted Kitzmiller provides excellent service at a good price. What more can you ask of a plumber? Ted has done several jobs for us. He listens carefully to our description of the problem, then takes a look, and then tells us what needs to be done. On more than one occasion, what needs to be done is not what we thought – after all, he’s the professional. Excellent experience all the way around. Very reasonably priced and talked through our needs in order to provide us with the best value possible. Quick response to our water heater issue that was very time sensitive (even with travel being involved). If you are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly plumber, look no further!!
