Finally I have found a garage that understands what giving great service means, and where the mechanic’s really know what they are doing. I had a problem with my Skoda Kodiaq where my coolant tank kept emptying every 10 days. I took the car to Simpson Skoda Preston. After many weeks and costing me thousands of pounds they did not resolve the problem. When I complained to senior management, and even the owner, they were not interested.
