I love shopping @ TRTI Quilt Shop. The staff is so friendly & welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about the machines they sell and are always willing to help you find just the right fabric. Their fabric selection is what's latest on the market and top notch. It's my home away from home!! 🥰

Had a little hic up but in talking with the staff was able to solve everything. Staff was so helpful and kind and have never had such fast service. The selection of fabric is awesome. I would highly recommend ordering from Threads Run Thru It Quilt Shop - you won't be disappointed.

Threads Run Through It Quilt Shop in Rustburg, VA is my all time favorite quilt store! It is a 4 hour drive form my house but well worth the trip. When I cannot make the 8 hour round trip, phone sales and online shopping experiences have also been exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, patient, and helpful. I recently had a quilt topper sandwiched and quilted. I will enjoy the exquisite work for years to come!
They are always ready and able to help you with your Gammill problems and explain it until you understand it or fix your problems. You are not rushed off the phone. (It would be nice to have a manual directed at using Elevate with CS 7.1). They go above and beyond a fabric shop, machine sales and service center and do a nice job of supporting their machines. Love the shop and staff. I live in Silicon Valley but none of the quilt shops out here use technology like TRTI. Love being able to shop online, learn new techniques online, and meet fantastic people in Virginia while sitting in California. VA folks are friendly and genuine.
Fabulous staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable always answer my questions. Easy to order online.
