Excellent service.
👍
Best eyebrow threading in town. Always flawless job done by the ladies here, even tried a manicure today and absolutely loved it.
Very disappointing experience. My eyebrow was ruined during threading, and instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to fix it, she said, “Sometimes eyebrows grow like that.” I’ve had my eyebrows threaded many times, so I know that wasn’t the issue. She was dismissive and simply told me to fill it in for my event tomorrow. Mistakes happen, but making excuses instead of taking responsibility or trying to help is not good customer service. Very unhappy with the experience.
Threads Brow Bar is outstanding! What sets them apart is their strong support for community events. They actively participate in the Infringing Dance Festival: A Glimpse of India.
