I have used Threads' services off and on for the past 15 years. When it came time to alter my mother of the bride outfit, Genoa is the only person I trust, and I live in another state now! To give you an idea of quality, she made uniquely shaped seat cushions for our patio furniture 16 years ago and they still look like new--every switch in place. I was extremely pleased with the way my wedding dress turned out it was absolutely perfect and what I was hoping for not to mention she was super reasonably priced I would definitely recommend others

My Apologies – In answer to krbarton: This year I have been slammed with alterations on wedding dresses which have delayed my prompt service to all. You requested the dress to be finished in a matter of days, and I knew, with my current work load, I could not get to it. I thought you were asking me to alter the bodice, not the hem, but at any rate, being backed up for three weeks with work already brought in, I knew I could not satisfy your needs. rude and uncooperative – I was extremly disapointed when i called threads after seeing such a possitive review I was frustrated with how unwilling the woman who answered my call was to work with me. I had a wedding gown that needed hemming, that was all and when I said that i was pregnant she immediatly told me no, no way because there was no way to "know" but its not like i was asking her to change the dress in any other way just hem it. I was very upset and disapointed at how rude she was to me about the entire situation.
