I usually don't bash companies because things happen. But my last experience was absolutely terrible, and I sell on Threadless. I ordered a complete printed skateboard on Nov 25. It was going to be a Christmas gift. It was delivered on Dec. 15. Great right? Not so much, it was just the board, not the hardware. Threadless uses contracted printing shops for various items. They do not uphold a high quality standard at all. More than 50% of the items I've ordered in 2025 have had defects. This includes everything from t-shirts to hoodies to mugs. They can't get the printing straight. The printing contains defects with streaks or entire chunks missing. International shipping is a joke. Took over a month for DHL to send it to the "local post office" in Canada and the tracking ends there. You will never know where your item went and if delivery was ever attempted. Customer service is also a joke. They told me to contact the local courier to inquire about the status of my package without being able to give me the name of the courier or a useful tracking number. How the mighty has fallen 🤢 No longer the customer-centric company that it started out as. I’ve easily spent more than $600 over the years and seen the quality of the tees drop each time. These are pictures of my most recent purchase with lopsided prints, and of persistent colour stains even after 3 washes from a chocolate sweatshirt.
