As promised, I wanted to update my previous review from about 8 months ago. At the time, I thought I was being charged extra. After speaking with Bobbi, she kindly explained that her pricing differs from other eyebrow threaders. We were able to clear up the misunderstanding, and I really appreciated her taking the time to talk things through with me. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, and I'm glad we were able to resolve it. Thank you again.
Owner at this place is extremely rude and disrespectful to her customers. Every single time I go there, she always has a tone in how and what she says especially to me. This is the last time I’ll ever go here.
