Usually great service but this time was disappointed and scared. I went an hour before closing, noticed my usual eyebrow lady wasn’t there and instead was someone else. This eyebrow lady seemed super upset that I came in and muttering to herself while continuing to do my threading. Closed shop as soon as I sat down. She was super aggressive and although the eyebrows are neat, she left me with cuts along my right eyebrow. Not sure why she didn’t just refuse me if she was in such a hurry. I’ve been looking all over Boston for a good place to get full face threading and this is the best one I’ve found, both in price and quality. The staff was super nice and made me feel really comfortable. I was nervous trying somewhere new (since I usually do this in my hometown), but I’ll definitely be coming back! So glad I found this place

I went in today looking for my usual eyebrow lady but unfortunately she was not there. A lady was sitting on the couch and just stared at me. She did not even greet me or introduce herself. After I asked her where my lady was, she said she will come tomorrow. I said I need my eyebrows done so she proceeded. I told her what I needed regarding my eyebrows and she seemed annoyed. All employees are very kind and excellent at threading. 9/10 times there is no wait and there is tons of parking in the shopping center.
