I hated my experience So bad I didn’t even get moisturizer put on my face and I’m writing this in the parking lot. Decent threading service, but I’m leaving 3 stars because the prices seem to change each time I visit and they now up-charge you $1 if you use a debit or credit card, which is a bit much.

Ladies, do NOT go here for a Brazilian wax. I stopped going to my usual spot—Rio in Douglasville—due to poor customer service on my last visit and decided to try someplace new. Big mistake. From the moment I walked in, the room didn’t feel clean—it was a bit grimy, and the setup made me uncomfortable. The waxing bed was positioned directly facing the door, with no real sense of privacy.
