There was a line and my eyebrows were rushed. I received no after care for threading such as aloe. I brought my own lash clusters. I had to keep asking for a price after they were trying to start my service without letting me know first. They went to apply clusters on the top instead of doing them underneath. I get my eyebrows threaded often in my hometown so when I first moved to douglasville, I was nervous about finding a new place. I am happy to say this place has given me a great experience! The ladies are very nice and efficient and my brows always come out looking great! I also had the pleasure of doing a brightening facial and it was so relaxing I literally fell asleep. All in all, 10/10 highly recommend!

I went to this salon for the first time today, and honestly, it was the worst mistake. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting and no friendliness, which unfortunately set the tone for the rest of my visit. The woman who did my eyebrows (someone referred to her in a previous review as “the lady with the discolored under eyes,” which makes me believe I had the same person) was incredibly rough.
