I’ve been going here for 3 years now and never had issues… I come today to get my eyebrows threaded and I wanted a cleanup and she made them way to thin… once I bring it to her attention she blamed it on the lotion she put on my brows. They lost a customer today.

I visited this shop a week ago for a henna crown. I showed Gia a photo of what I wanted done and she said she could better. The design didn’t look anything like what I showed her but I accepted it , gave a tip and left. An hour later, I removed the hard shell to discovered the color was red not black. I revisited the shop the next day. She told me no refund and would give a gift certificate in the amount I paid minus the tip, however, by the time I returned home I discovered the henna left me with chemical burns.
