So I’ve been here a couple times now and I really tried to give them a fair shot but after today I am definitely not returning. She left my eyebrows uneven today and another time I went I walked in and two ladies made me wait while they ate their lunch out in public. It seemed very unprofessional to me given that there were two ladies they could have taken turns eating and paid attention to the customer. Another time they cut my eyebrow hair way too short. I went to Threading Palace for my first time having my eyebrows done. I was a bit nervous about getting them messed up, but they didn’t take too much off like I asked. However, they did miss a few stray hairs which was the main reason I wanted to get them done. I had hoped to have the owner do them because of the other reviews mentioning her a lot, but someone else did it. I’d still go back though since it was almost perfect, inexpensive, and they took me same day for my appointment.
