First of all, I want to say thank you. I’ve always been happy with the quality of your eyebrow work and the overall atmosphere of your salon. You’re talented and professional, and I really appreciate your attention to detail. However, I had an unpleasant experience today that I need to mention. I had an appointment at 4:30 PM and arrived at 4:20. Another woman who came in after me told you she had an appointment at 4:00, even though that wasn’t true. I have been coming here for about 9 years. Never once have i had a bad experience. The owner is so polite and shows you everything she's going to do to your eyebrows before she starts. She's my go to eyebrow lady. Her shop is always clean and masks on always. Mandy is also really good she understands and listens to what shape and thickness that the customer wants. I will never go anywhere else again.
