Almost every time I come here; there's an issue with the worker being "not professional". There was a time, three random customers and me were waiting outside during business hours, while she was shopping at Walmart. Another time, I came 30 min before closing and she said they were closed because she had to be somewhere. Today, I get there, she's eating outside, which is not a problem. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience here. After calling 3 times and getting no answer, I walked in at 2pm and there wasn’t a soul in sight. As I repeatedly called out for somebody for 5 minutes I began to research other threading studios until a lady walked in just as I was about to walk out. I reluctantly proceeded with my service, despite her brushing it off with no explanation and failing to apologize. The service here is amazing & my eyebrows always come out perfect. However I would like to note to management that it smells BAD in their, like either a must or old mop is used. The place always feel very dusty and not as clean and the A/C is rarely used. I’m sad to have to mention that since I truly love the customer service and always how my eyebrows come out. I hope those things get fixed so I can continue coming.
