One of the ladies is so harsh. Didn't get a pic of my eyebrows but she literally pulled off skin. Then left me with bruises after an underarm wax. She didn't hold the skin taut and went over the same place with soft wax multiple times (see photo same day & then 2 weeks later)
Don’t get your eyebrows done here! Roma absolutely messed up them up
I hate to have to leave such a review, but being a long term customer since I was a teenager. I have always gotten my eyebrows done by sweetie and she was very on point and left me feeling amazing. I didn’t realize after my service how much hair and uneven my brows looked…. I’m so highly disappointed… It happened last few times but it’s been inconsistent… I hope they pick up again because I now have to search for new eyebrow service elsewhere..
I highly recommend their eyelash lifts! They always do an amazing job. The receptionist is also very attentive, welcoming, and helpful which makes the entire experience better.
