There’s no doubt that they do great work, but the professionalism definitely needs improvement. I’ve been here twice and have loved my eyebrows both times. A couple days after my second visit, I got a text directly from them asking how far I was. Very confused, I told them I was there a few days prior for my appointment and I had no appointments scheduled in Booksy.
