There’s no doubt that they do great work, but the professionalism definitely needs improvement. I’ve been here twice and have loved my eyebrows both times. A couple days after my second visit, I got a text directly from them asking how far I was. Very confused, I told them I was there a few days prior for my appointment and I had no appointments scheduled in Booksy. I searched my texts and emails for any indication of this appointment to no avail. They made it seem like it was my fault, telling me “ Pls make sure next time ”... read more

I stopped in to get my eyebrows done, but was told they only take appointments. That’s completely fine, but it wasn’t stated anywhere on their listing. It would be helpful if that information was clearly listed so customers know ahead of time and don’t make a trip for nothing.
