Ruined my entire brows they had no idea what tgey were doing. I will bot recommend anyone going there based on my personal experience.

Very unprofessional threading experience. The lady who did the eyebrows was on the phone throughout, communicating with gestures only. Also when I entered the salon, nobody asked about the service I wanted and assumed I was there for eyebrows

I am so frustrated at the moment... all I can do at this point is prevent others from making the mistake I did and remind myself that they’re just eyebrows which will grow back! My eye brows are now crooked and thin. When I walked in I explained to her that I haven’t gotten my eyebrows threaded since March due to Covid-19. I wanted to maintain the same thickness just shape them a bit. Well she definitely shaped them... terribly and uneven. Please stick to the salon or spa you know. I usually go to this place because they do a good job at threading eyebrows. Today I did a full face wax which went fine, a bit slow but fine overall. Upon completion of the face wax instead of dabbing oil on places where there is excess glue/wax, the employee put oil all over my face and when I complained about how hot my face felt the employee pretended not to understand. As a result I had to wipe the oil off quickly in hopes that my face would not get burned and ultimately scar.
