To start with they didnt have what I needed which was a 3/4"-16 bolt. cant order it and then told me they cant sell to me because it was going on a vehicle. Basically they dont want business.
Had exactly what I needed for a special project. Great sales team
Owner - Daniel Phipps - Unprofessional, dishonest, and verbally abusive over the phone. Was on I76 on my way to work and he hit the back of my vehicle, then proceeded to keep driving to damage the side of it. In person, said he would accept responsibility and stated it was his fault. After the fact he is now denying the truth and said this was my fault as he lied on a phone call. Insurance companies will fight this one out. Do not support a business owner with these morals.
