Great place to get bulk hardware/fasteners you need. Great customer service
Great selection, awesome prices, employee owned. All around great.
Returning customer from a previous project, but this experience was disappointing. Sales rep Dana failed to send a simple estimate form for over a week—wouldn't pick up calls or return voicemails. After requesting another rep, I got Rick, who sent the form, but then provided only individual prices without a formal quote and a vague timeline ("14 days, maybe") instead of a confirmed delivery date. As a project-based customer, I need vendors who communicate clearly and professionally. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Threaded Fasteners supplies out hardware for our business in Orlando and Tampa. The customer service is awesome and the prices too.
ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY SALES PEOPLE. I HAVE KNOWN MOST OF THEM FOR MANY YEARS AND THEY ARE SOME OF THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS
