Returning customer from a previous project, but this experience was disappointing. Sales rep Dana failed to send a simple estimate form for over a week—wouldn't pick up calls or return voicemails. After requesting another rep, I got Rick, who sent the form, but then provided only individual prices without a formal quote and a vague timeline ("14 days, maybe") instead of a confirmed delivery date. As a project-based customer, I need vendors who communicate clearly and professionally. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Waste of time. Guy was clueless when I asked about a screw. Didn’t seem to want to help at all.
This might be a good place for people to buy product from but to work here is draining and theres a whole bunch of favoritism. I wasnt gonna kiss nobody's behind to achieve or keep a job. I was tired of being stagnant working at the same machine when i could have been trained to operate any machinery. They didnt deserve me. The particular location i worked at in Tampa. Screw Most OF THEM IN THAT BUILDING!!!
