I have been doing business with Threaded Fasteners for years because they always seem to have exactly what I need. Today was the first time they didn't have a particular item in stock. Most companies would have simply said, "Sorry, we don't carry that." Seems like a great place to get hardware. Unfortunately, I felt like I was in the way from the moment I walked into the door. The person behind the counter was as grouchy as she could be. Didn’t end up having what I needed.
