I received my order on July 10th and the wrong items were received. I've called customer service several times, holding for 45 minutes at a time and still no response. Today is July 27th and no updates. Called during regular business hours and emailed. Sent photos of the incorrect items and no updates. I now get the lovely pleasure of calling my bank and disputing the transaction. The QA and customer service does not exist here; read the other reviews.

If you can't fulfill, don't be in online retail. Ordered on the 4th, didn't get into USPS hands for 6 days. Take your time. Its not like I have a business to run or anything. If you guys have internal conversations about why Amazon is taking your market share, perhaps turn the conversation to your fulfillment processes.

Embroidery Thread quality is poor, tried to call for at least 6 times over 2 days to hear what they might want to do but no answer. The girl said they are changing suppliers so obviously they have a bad batch and instead of dumping it, they carry on selling...no color charts and an attitude of "we don't have and we're not sure when we will have". Spent approx $50. Last week and most of the threads are going in the garbage. Wasted at least 2 hours of my time dealing with broken threads plus to drive over there and back. I'll ... read more
