If you can't fulfill, don't be in online retail. Ordered on the 4th, didn't get into USPS hands for 6 days. Take your time. Its not like I have a business to run or anything. If you guys have internal conversations about why Amazon is taking your market share, perhaps turn the conversation to your fulfillment processes.
Embroidery Thread quality is poor, tried to call for at least 6 times over 2 days to hear what they might want to do but no answer. The girl said they are changing suppliers so obviously they have a bad batch and instead of dumping it, they carry on selling...no color charts and an attitude of "we don't have and we're not sure when we will have". The thread is made cheaply in China. It has caused lint build up in my machine and is not a consistently evenly distributed strand. I have to clean my bobbin casing out each and every bobbin change. The thread is not the same quality as it used to be. I am very disappointed. Also, with the older spools, the plastic cones are disintegrating, and they're falling apart.
