I love Thread 101. AP is the best. She is quick and does some great work. Her prices are super reasonable. My eyebrows always look amazing. I get a Brazilian, eyebrow threading, and eyebrow tint every time I go and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend.
Absolutely terrible service I called the location to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered had a thick accent so I had difficulty understanding her, thus apparently frustrated her. When she said 10am I corrected her by saying I wanted a noon appointment, she said “oh my god.” And hung up. When I called back she hung up in my face again. TERRIBLE PLACE, DO NOT BOOK
Wish I could give minus stars. I got there about 40 minutes before closing time (i had called in advance because i was coming from out of town, and they said walk-ins were okay). When I got there, she walked me to a room and asked that I undressed from the waist down. She left the door wide open. I looked around for a towel and didn't see any, so I waited for her to come back. When she came back, she saw i was still dressed...
