About Me I am a fashion designer graduated from the Arturo Tejada Cano School of Design in Bogota, Colombia in 1998. I specialized in Haute Couture. From this year until now I have dedicated myself to improving my skills in making custom clothing for all occasions. Especially in bridal, bridesmaid dress, and formal attire.

I was very disappointed in how my wedding dress designer shipped my wedding dress without pressing down the pleats. When I brought my dress in for alterations, not only did they do an amazing job at accommodating all of the tailoring, they also pressed the dress perfectly to re create the pleats which was not their job. This place will go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough about how helpful Fabiana and team were in getting my dress altered for my wedding! I bought a ballgown but had envisioned it as more of an A-line (while still keeping a long train) and she worked with me and it turned out PERFECT! I couldn't believe it and I felt so beautiful in it! Not only that, but she was so sweet and kind during all of our appointments even if my requests seemed crazy. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had custom designed my wedding dress and when I received it, it was not how I imagined it. I brought it to Thread and Needle for alterations and in hopes they could help fix my dress! They were AMAZING. They understood exactly what I wanted and what needed to be done. They had to basically reconstruct the top of my dress and as a bride, that’s very nerve racking. But these ladies worked a miracle and I had my dream dress after all said and done.
