WOW! Thread and Needle blew me away! The ladies were so fast and knew EXACTLY what I needed done to my wedding dress before I even noticed. Great and easy to communicate with. Extremely friendly and professional they make you feel so comfortable.
Incredible service. I wanted sleeves added to my wedding dress and they knocked it out and made them look like part of the dress so perfectly!! They also altered my mom’s old wedding dress for me and her dress for wedding day! Thank you!!
Thread and Needle was recommended to me by several colleagues who had great work done by them. To be honest I was disappointed. My wedding was on 11/16/2024 and the alterations done to my dress did not hold up during the wedding. First things first I had a strapless dess that zipped in the back and had decorative buttons that covered the zipper. This is my second time using this alterations location and I strongly recommend them! Very quick, understands the vision, and happy to help in many ways. My wedding dress fit me perfectly and it wouldn't have happened without them!
I have taken three bridesmaids dresses here and they always end up perfect. The women do phenomenonal detail work, and the sweet young lady that works the front is so personable and easy to talk to.
