Been going here for like 4 years. They have completely changed my eyebrows and I will never trust anyone else
I’ve come here several times and had good results. I always ask for the same thing: please don’t shape my brows or thin them out, just clean them up and I very much emphasize that i don’t want a lot of hair taken away. Today they did not listen and my eyebrows are the thinnest they’ve been in a decade. I’m not quite sure why. It wasn’t a new employee, they just didn’t listen. They then tried to justify that they were shaping them, when I clearly stated I did not want reshaping just clean up the stray hairs. Very disappointed... read more
