Thread Health is the highest quality and most efficient medical practice I’ve ever worked with. I can access my provider at really any time, and she will meet with me remotely or with schedule a time at the office within a day.

We have been so pleased with our care by Dr. Pritchard! In general, the quality of medical care has greatly declined post-pandemic and we have seen various clinics and physicians, searching for the kind of personalized care that Thread provides. Dr. Pritchard is responsive & easy to communicate with, caring, and up-to-date on recent literature and advances in medicine. I have been a patient of Dr Pritchard for a few years now. She is the best primary care physician I have experience with. She listens, which I cannot express how appreciated that is. She also seems to put a lot of care and time in researching. I am so happy for her new practice and wish her the best of wishes for it.
