If you give them a chance, likely, somewhere along the way you'll say wow. I like: CLEAN facility, above average free weights by volume and luxury, 24 hour access, free first visit. Chesly called me personally, and I dont like phone calls, but she was wonderful. She adressed my initial concerns; the lack of photos inside and the somewhat odd smoothie policy, which are only at the main location, fortunately. Don’t get a membership here. My son got a membership while in college (loved going here btw) but we are still trying to stop the charges on our credit card after he hasn’t lived in San Marcos for over a year now. $60.57 a month. They are a total scam. Don’t sign their contract. They are totally disorganized. At this point we are filing a lawsuit in small claims court to get our money back because we see no other way. Our son has even made a trip there in person to get it resolved - and they just charged us again today :-(
