A little bummed out at the quality of the items I purchased. The waterproof jacket had a hole in the seam tape and leaked. The customer service was good and they replaced the item right away. I then tried the glove out on another ride and the seam on that blew apart within hours. I'm sure they would replace it but I dont even really want another pair now. Had an issue with something I purchased. I pulled up a couple of minutes after they closed. When an employee came out of her car to let me know they had already closed. I explained the issue and she went back inside and was able to correct it. She went the extra mile. Even though they were already closed and my little issue wasn’t a big deal.
