I have had a couple of emergencies, and Tom was a tremendous help. The first one was my septic drain pipe in the cellar cracked and leaked sewerage on the cellar floor. He showed up immediately and quickly fixed what I thought was unfixable. His work was quick, clean, long-lasting, and inexpensive. Top notch! The second emergency was a unique one that happened just today. I called and he was on top of it in 15 minutes! Incredible. I'm very impressed and would recommend him to anyone for any size job.

Someone please have a conversation with the driver because I have him on camera so far cutting me off initially, going up someone’s push on a main road and now we are speeding like a bat out of hell. It is summertime on a cool day 72° out there’s no reason to be this rushed and dangerous.

We've used Thrasher Plumbing and Heating several times over the past 3 years, both for routine maintenance and heating/plumbing emergencies. They are always very quick to return calls and have been able to come out quickly when needed. Tom is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

We had an issue with our a/c and Tom came out to service and fix the problem. He explained everything he was doing each step of the way and was able to resolve our problem and get our a/c up and running again. We also inquired about other services and he made sure to take a thorough look and give us our best option.
