I was referred to Thrasher by my parents who were impressed with their skill and knowledge. Making the appointment and getting ahold of someone was a little tough. I had to call a few times to remind them that I was looking for an appointment. I do realize it is a busy time of year with vacations and AC repairs. I do appreciate how someone called me back every time I left a message with the answering service. Tom was great! You never call a plumber on a holiday weekend because everything is going right. You call because you have an issue and hope they can help. Tom at Thrasher Plumbing was timely, proffessional and very engaging. He brought solutions to our plumbing issue and was upfront about pricing. When he found the issue he diagnosed it and even offered a better more cost effective solutions. Thank you, Tom! and Thank you, Thrasher Plumbing!!

Tom was great to deal with. Had an issue with the ac he came right out diagnosed the problem and did the repair immediately. Would recommend Thrasher. Great service. Professional friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had Tom out to service my 2 condenser units today, awesome service. He explained my issue I was having with the low refrigerant as well as gave me good cleaning tips to help keep the system running perfectly thru the seasons. Very professional and would recommend to anyone!
