I was coming back from fire Island at the end of the summer and I blew an engine so I limped into the Oakdale/Bayport area and I came across thrasher Marine. I told him it was a second week in September. Please just fix my boat before the spring time They weren’t able to do my boat until July. I took it out to the Great Southbay and they engine blue again. I returned it and they told me they weren’t going to be able to get to it until September. I have had work done on my boat and transport by Mike and the Thrasher’s staff . They are very attentive and helpful with all work. They are great neighbors and respectful help above and beyond. I get to witness daily living inside this beautiful Marina the busy days and attention to detail. I have watched the hard work of this team and highly recommend this business even if there is a wait quality takes time. I highly recommend calling Mike and his team.
Purchased a boat through a broker that was being stored at Thrasher. They did all the prep work and commissioned the boat. Vessel ran a few times and then port engine stopped working. Water leak with the need for a new engine block. You would think that after running the boat something like that would’ve been caught and brought to my attention before accepting the vessel.
