They charged for basically phone calls and didn’t even file an appeal like they were supposed to. so by the time I went to file it it was too late, but again they keep sending me bills and I’m basically paying for nothing because they did not even file the appeal.

EDIT...Im torn. They definitely helped me so that part is 100% true but there was some accounting questions that didn't line up with what i was told. I dont even have an issue with the total. The problem i have is the total is different than what i was told it would be. So i have changed my previous 5 star down to two. i had reached out several times to the attorney i worked with to question why the bill was different than he told me and he had not responded to several emails. Just received a phone call from Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan. Their lawyer told me that because the lawyer that had been working on my case quit, they no longer are responsible for keeping her records or her behaviors while she was employed there. If a company isn't responsible for the conduct of their employees and can't produce their own employee's records, that's a pretty good indication of their quality of service and their levels of care with cases.
