Very hard working and professional crew. We had no complaints on the installation process. The problem came with the design, and although we were told that they would improve it at no cost, we would still have to cover cost of carpet removal and re-install. I would caution people to not fall into the emotional trap of getting the problem fixed without considering all of the options.
