Yesterday, our A/C decided to quit on the hottest day of the year so far! We contacted Wayne Thrash and he had a service rep out to our house within 3 hours right after they finished the previous job. The service rep diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes and after a long, hot day of service, he was cheerful and pleasant and great to work with!!! We have worked with Thrash Mechanical for years for our Heating and cooling equipment and highly recommend them!
Thrash Mechanical is incredible. We came home from a holiday to the unwelcome surprise of a hot house in the heat of an Oklahoma July. We recently lost our go-to AC service company. With a rush we asked friends for referrals and worked through a Google search of area AC companies. All either never responded or advised openings for tech visits in “as soon as 4 days”. Honest and dependable! It’s hard for me to use anyone else.
AC quit cooling. Wayne gave me some options to try over the and asked me to let him know if it worked or we still needed a service call. We did need service so he sent Patrick out the next day. He was so polite, went right to work, did repairs and service. AC is back working in better shape than before. Thanks so much!
