The engineer is quite friendly and meticulous in his job. We are so happy with him that no one services our boiler but him. And when we have other issus like electrical, etc, we call him first for recommendations.

After routine boiler service Kabir identified there was an issue with my hot water system. He took his time making me understand and explain that I had been using the system on emergency mode and how to use it correctly. Kabir put the effort into ensuring the part was ordered and was available at a convenient time to fix it. No mess left behind, very respectful, professional and honest.
