The HOA is very slow to fix gym equipment after regular wear and tear causes the equipment to need repair. They buy cheap weight benches and when they break, it's months before it's replaced. This cable machine has been broken for 12 weeks now with no repair. The HOA does a good job on some things but they are very slow to react to repairs or requests.
