Worst place ever. We rented from the same management agency in Ettrick. In Ettrick we had mold through the whole apartment and then in Arcadia at Thousand Oaks (Jokes). They don't fix things when you request it. They give you 5 day notices for things that you had turned the paper work in for. The head of the management place doesn't listen to you when you call, all she does is argue with you. I would never recommend Thousand Jokes to my worst enemy.
