Did a drop in last night. Had a great time. Members were very friendly and welcoming. The coach did a great job of explaining the workout and was very attentive and active during the workout with encouragement and coaching tips. I would definitely go back!
Stopped in for a drop in class. The coaches were great and welcomed you into the community as soon as you enter the door. The gym and classes were well organized, and highly recommend getting a great workout in here!
