If you ever need the services of an emergency team - these are the people to call! I was treated with respect, care and kindness. Everything was done in a timely manner and with concern. Know this group is highly trained and totally professional. I highly recommend you call TIERS if you have an emergency.

I was very well taken care of last week when I had to be transferred from the E.R. at River Hospital in A-bay to Upstate Medical's Cardiac care Dept in Syracuse. With Latoya Babcock at the wheel, and under the care of Pamela Jones for my journey; I felt safe and secure the entire trip. These two young women are warm and professional, with a sense of humor that is invaluable in stressful situations. They are a credit to their professions, and a valuable asset to TIERS.
