We had such an amazing, wonderful experience this morning. At 8:30 promptly the captain walked up to the boat as the truck and trailer and the rest of the crew arrived. As I was walking to the ramp I glanced over and there was our boat, almost to the ramp already. Everything was calm, unhurried, yet 100% careful and professional. We followed to the shed, watched the thorough pressure wash, and talked over a couple of small bottom items with the crew chief. We stored our 42’ trawler at the Yacht Spa this past winter and couldn’t have been happier. We dropped the boat off at the dock and the staff did the rest. The boat was hauled, bottom power washed and blocked in the heated building. In the spring the boat was launched and tied up at the dock for us. This is the first time we have used indoor heated storage and we are now spoiled and will use the Yacht Spa every year! Great communication and friendly people!
