Absolutely avoid this establishment. I drove a hour to this store only to be greeted by an unmaintained, dirty, and locked storefront. Despite their online hours clearly indicating they are open on Saturday, not only are they closed, nobody answers the phone, either. I hope the owners enjoy paying their rent in this high priced neighborhood. Unfortunately, nobody wants to work anymore.
Your hours on Google say you are open on Saturday and then we drive all the way here for your tiny door sign to say only by appointment on Saturday. And when we call, it goes straight to voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: Will called us back, made time for us and was fantastic to work with. I appreciate him so much!
I'm so glad we bought our Kohler kitchen sink from Thomas Somerville in Chevy Chase. Will Moser was helpful and patient with our questions in the store, but we are especially grateful for his help after we discovered a problem with the sink. I called Will and he took charge of making things right. He had a new sink delivered on the day we requested, and arranged for the return of the defective sink so that everything was as easy as possible, at no cost to us.
