The worst ever when it comes to loading, I'm here at my schedule time but have to wait on parts to come off the line. I seem people come after me and leave before me, What a waste almost 4 hours & still haven't finished loading the trailer. Orders should been ready & staged before arrival. Drivers shouldn't have to waste their day waiting on products off of the line.

Despite repeated notices and opportunities to resolve the matter, Thorworks has engaged in conduct that can only be described as unprofessional, irresponsible, and deliberately evasive.
