Alicia Norby literally dropped representing a Veteran that served our country. It was very overwhelming for him with the information needed. She didn't communicate with him hardly at all. It was done by her assistant. I am definitely not putting this law firm down by all means. He lost out on $5000 for hardly much work. Here is a Veteran getting screwed over.
