Very lovely and clean space, the instructor was very sweet and they have great equipment!
Despite years of running solo, I was stagnating. The perfect combination of coaching, strength training and power yoga has been a game changer. The community that Laura has built is second to none. There is no better way to start the day: fun, hard work, laughter.
This team is the highlight of my week. The level of inclusivity, positivity and hard work is outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for accountability, community and FUN! Anything is possible with the coach and team!
Thoroughbred has redefined “team” as family. It is more than a running squad, it’s an inclusive community of runners from all walks of life who make each other better athletes, friends, and individuals. And obviously a supportive community and outstanding coaching makes us FASTER!
