I had a really good experience with Sandy and Elsa at first, they were very helpful and seemed to really care about the horses and the people. I felt comfortable putting the deposit down which was a mistake. My mom contacted Sandy after my devastating loss of my 29 year old AQH, after discussions between them and then with me, my mom had picked out “Fighting Heart” aka Gunnar, I haven’t even had Gunnar for a week and I am so absolutely in love with him, Sandy and TBSH are lovely to work with and I truly believe she helped me find my new best friend and partner. She was 100% upfront and honest and set me up with a horse that will meet my competition goals! I’m excited to see Gunnar in the show ring
This company will threaten to sue you if you leave a bad review. There is a clause in the purchase contract that says no negative reviews allowed. Take from that what you will.
As others said, do your research before buying anything!!! I paid TBSH $2800 for the “pre-purchase program!” watch for pre-checked boxes in contracts folks because that’s where they hid the “no refund” clause.. Was promised videos… never received! Got conflicting information online from researching about a specific horse they were trying to sell me. When I asked about it I got more lies! I immediately requested a refund and they refused, now more than 3 years later they still have my $2800 and they’ve refused to refund, and ... read more
