I don't generally write reviews unless I am super happy or super unhappy. In Thoroughbred Motors case, I am extremely happy and pleased with their vehicle, and service through out the process of buying a car. Small boutique dealer with a collection of premium exotic vehicles. I sent an initial vehicle inquiry through a listing on the dealer website on Sat 08/24/24, did not receive an email or phone call back. On Tues 08/27/24, I reached back out as a follow up, phoned and left a voicemail on the dealer # provide by the CarGurus listing, but never received a courtesy call regarding the status of the vehicle.
I can’t say enough about how good an experience I had purchasing my Range Rover from Jonathan at Thoroughbred Motors! He was fair, honest, extremely knowledgeable, super responsive and accommodating! He made it so easy! It is So hard to find a person of their “word” anymore! I have been singing Thoroughbred Motors praises to all of my friends and clients in Naples and I will continue to do so!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. They shipped the car to Miami, answered all my questions, and were extremely honest about the car's history. They even pointed out all the minor dents (barely visible to the eye) before I had to ask. There were zero hidden fees, and overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely purchase from them again!
A smooth and stress-free car buying experience. Jonathan was great to deal with, answered all my questions promptly and was very knowledgeable about Range Rovers. Gave me a thorough and honest review of the Car through FaceTime. When I flew in to collect the car, all of the paperwork was ready to go and the car was fully serviced. A car buying experience how it should be - no hidden fees or extras, and dealing directly with the owner - who is obviously passionate about his business.
